Through Cycle4CP, Chris Lyman raises funds supporting cerebral palsy research at Kennedy Krieger. The fundraiser – a 1,900-mile bike ride from Maine to Florida – was originally inspired by the success of his son Bower, who has cerebral palsy.
“We’ve seen firsthand the dedication of all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Kennedy Krieger, especially that of Dr. Alec Hoon, who has been like a family member. We chose to support the Silberstein-Harryman Endowment because we wanted to honor their hard work and ensure that they will be able to continue to provide top-notch research and education in the field of neurodevelopmental disabilities.”
