BJJ Conquest raises $2,101 for the Phelps Center for Cerebral Palsy and Neurodevelopmental Medicine

BJJ Conquest EventOn August 13 2016, hundreds of people came out and sweated to the oldies at the BJJ Conquest Annual Summer Charity event. Proceeds from this year’s event benefited Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Phelps Center for Cerebral Palsy and Neurodevelopmental Medicine. Attendees channeled their inner 80’s fitness fashion for a chance to win Best Dressed as the fitness facility kept the beat and workouts coming with an 80’s-themed workout playlist. Fun give-a-ways and a silent auction added to the excitement of the event. BJJ Conquest’s generous donation of $2,101 allows Kennedy Krieger expert physicians and therapists to provide comprehensive neurological, developmental, and rehabilitative evaluation and treatment for children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. Special thanks to everyone who supported this event.
