Attend Institute Events

With a variety of fundraisers, professional conferences and special events related to the important work done at Kennedy Krieger Institute, you’ll find a number of things where you can get involved. From continuing education conferences for both professionals and caregivers, to major fundraising events and local organization meetings, there are numerous opportunities for you to choose from. Please take a moment to explore all the exciting things that are happening and make plans to attend and support our work.

Several Institute events, such as the Festival of Trees and ROAR for Kids, help raise significant funding for our programs. The success of these events relies heavily on much-appreciated corporate sponsorships, volunteers, and your continued support.

To become a corporate partner, volunteer, or to get involved, please contact our Office of Philanthropy at
443-923-7300, or e-mail events@kennedykrieger.org.

Oregon Ridge Park, Cockeysville

SUMMARY:

ROAR for Autism is now ROAR for Kids at Kennedy Krieger Institute, which will benefit departments and programs throughout the Institute!

Join us on Saturday, April 30, 2016, as we ROAR for Kids at Kennedy Krieger. You can make your voice heard by joining us for a 5k run or low-mileage walk for individuals of all ages.

When you're finished running or walking, be sure to take a break and checkout the wide variety of fun activities and entertainment at our family festival! If you can't drag yourself out of bed that early on Saturday morning, go ahead and sleep-in!  Just don't forget to register to Snore for ROAR.

All proceeds from the event will help raise much-needed funds for research and programs to help kids at the Kennedy Krieger Institute.
